‘Cheeky Pink’ is a showy Gerbera that blooms from June until November. It generates masses of baby pink flowers, that contrast beautifully against its compact growing habit of fresh green foliage. Petite yet powerful, be sure to position in direct sunlight and incorporate into dull borders, patio pots and cut flower gardens. It will develop in height and spread to 35cm Pot up gerbera plants and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. When they are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before transplanting into their final positions. Plant gerberas outdoors in fertile, well drained soil in sheltered, sunny borders. When growing gerbera in patio containers, use a loam based compost such as John Innes No.2.
