Affordable and reliable Marsilea quadrifolia (Oxygenating Aquatic)European water clover

This fab new Marginal Aquatic is just what you need for water gardens and pond edges. Much adored for its fresh green, clover-shaped foliage, it delicately floats on the water’s surface, as well as ensuring a safe cover for wildlife. Happy to progress in semi shade, plant around 15cm deep and watch it develop to a height of 15cm, along with a spread of 100cm. Grow Marsilea in boggy soils or submerged in the shallow margins of ponds with the crown to a maximum depth of up to 15cm (6″) below water level. Choose a position in sun or semi shade.
