‘Kimono’ is a gorgeous Rose, that is ready to bloom from June until October. It produces masses of scented, double flowers, that are a bright pink in colour. Smothering a dwarf standard growing habit of fresh green foliage, this hardy shrub is ideal for growing in patio pots, cut flower, low maintenance and cottage gardening schemes. Happy to develop in semi shade, watch it thrive to a height of 90cm, along with a spread of 60cm. To avoid the risk from the build-up of harmful soil organisms and disease, choose an open position in full sun that has not been planted with roses in recent years. Roses enjoy a rich, fertile, well drained soil. Dig in plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting roses and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.
