‘Ulster Dwarf Blue’ is a stunning Veronica that blooms from June until September. It boasts a compact growing habit that generates fresh green mounds of foliage, against a flurry of vivid blue flower spikes, that are topped with a lime green. Great for adding into wildlife, cottage and low maintenance schemes, your perennial will also look beautiful planted up in a pretty patio pot. Position in full sun and watch it thrive to a height and spread of 30cm. When planting Veronica, choose a sunny or semi-shaded position in moist, fertile, well drained soil. Veronica prefers a fertile, humus rich soil so work some well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.
