Position in direct sunlight and watch it progress to a height of 4m, along with a spread of 2.5m. The sweetest of lemons and prized by celebrity chefs due to its unique flavour, the Meyer Lemon is not actually a true lemon at all, but a unique cross between a citron and a mandarin. Plant citrus trees in patio containers in a mix of ericaceous compost and neutral, soil based compost such as John Innes No. 3. Repot the plant at its original soil level and firm well into the new container. Water well and position in a frost free position in full sun.
