Shapely waterlily blooms in a dazzling shade of scarlet, stand out beautifully from the dark green foliage. This eye-catching Dahlia offers the perfect combination of long-lasting blooms, long stems, and plenty of them to last the summer. A great choice for a cut flower garden, or bringing a blaze of colour to sunny borders and patio pots. Dahlia ‘Karma Amora’ will still be flowering in autumn when most other plants have started to flag. Height: 100cm (39”). Spread: 50cm (20”).
Plant Dahlia tubers outdoors in April after all risk of frost has passed. Choose a sunny position in moist well drained soil. Prepare the soil by digging in plenty of well rotted manure or compost. Plant tubers at a depth of 15cm (6″) and water well. Alternatively, start tubers into growth in pots of compost in a frost free greenhouse. Transplant them into their final positions outdoors in June.
