‘Madame Alfred Carriere’ is a wonderful new Rosa, that is ready to bloom from May until September. It produces an abundance of double, fragrant white flowers, that each feature a delicate dusky pink blush. Smothering a climbing growing habit of fresh green foliage, it would be perfect for growing in a patio pot, along an unsightly wall or fence. Keep positioned in direct sunlight and watch it progress to a height of 5m, along with a spread of 3m. Plant roses at the earliest opportunity following delivery. To avoid the risk from the build-up of harmful soil organisms and disease, choose an open position in full sun that has not been planted with roses in recent years. Roses enjoy a rich, fertile, well drained soil. Dig in plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting roses and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.
