With a heart shaped face, the barn owl is a distinctive looking and sounding bird which is loved throughout the countryside. Widely distributed around the U.K, the barn owl is a nocturnal bird which spends its time, as per its name suggests, in barns. Created and designed by our in-house team, this weathervane depicts a barn owl swopping down to collect its prey, a small field mouse, amongst the grass. Crafted from high quality robust steel and cast iron, this weathervane has been finished in a sleek midnight black finish which will complement any exterior setting. Complete with directional arms, universal mounting bracket and fletched arrow, this weathervane is ideal for nature lovers.
