Blue Seal Evolution Series G91B – 900mm Gas Salamander
The Blue Seal G91B is a gas salamander grill with two 4.4kW high powered infrared gas burners for fast results. The grill has left and right individual burner controls so that each side can be individually controlled. It can be used on a workbench or wall mounted.
The salamander rack has four positions (flat or inclined) with an adjustable chrome wire rack. The handles of the rack are heat resistant to ensure the cook or chefs comfort during service. Large easy to use controls make adjustments easy. Each burner has piezo ignition and a flame failure device.
The G91B is a gas appliance and must be installed by a suitably qualified gas safe engineer.
