‘Fino’ is a superb perennial that is ready to harvest from August to November. It generates masses of ferny green foliage, that can be used as a vegetable or herb. It sits well in cottage and kitchen gardens and enjoys full sun to develop. This Fennel can be eaten in a variety of ways and is much loved for its delicate aniseed flavour. It will grow in height to around 180cm and will spread to 45cm. The sweet, aniseed crunch of Organic Florence Fennel ‘Fino’ maintains its tender texture better than other varieties.
