The Ideal collection, has been designed by a family of French master cutlers named Sabatier®, it features a triangular blade, a rounded bolster, a handle with 3 rivets and a beak’s butt. Ideal is a fully forged knife meaning that the blade the bolster and the tang are all heated and forged from a single rod of 4116N nitrogen enriched steel benefiting from a 58-60 HRC. The hand polished POM handle, with 3 stainless steel rivets, is very popular among renowned Chefs as well as cooking enthusiasts .
