This attractive Vinca is a hardy, low growing shrub that flowers from April until October. Well known for its evergreen, deep green foliage and indigo blue flowers, this shrub is ideal for adding to a low maintenance garden as it requires virtually no care all year round! It makes stunning ground cover and excellent additions to alpine, woodland and cottage gardening schemes. It enjoys semi shade to develop and will grow in height to 45cm, along with a spread of 75cm. Grow Vinca plants in borders outdoors in any moist, well drained soil. Periwinkle is a particularly tough plant, and will thrive in any garden position, provided that the soil isn’t dry.
