Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Mirai’ is a hardy, compact shrub that’s perfect for containers. Its stunning white mophead flowers bloom in summer, with each floret delicately edged in soft pink/red. As the flowers mature, their colour deepens, creating a beautiful multi-tonal effect as both young and older flower clusters coexist on the same plant. Height: 90-100cm. Hydrangea macrophylla prefers a sunny or semi shaded position, with shelter from cold, drying winds. Grow hydrangea plants in any rich fertile, moist soil.
