Raspberry Little Princess is the perfect fruit for growing in those smaller spaces! It boasts a compact, neat habit and reaches 90cm in spread and height. It is ideal for growing in patio pots and containers, adding ornamental value and vibrancy also. This Raspberry is much-loved for its high yields, delicious flavour and deep red, juicy fruits. They taste divine when freshly picked and can be added to a range of great culinary dishes. Grow autumn fruiting raspberry plants in a sunny position in any well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the planting hole. Plant raspberry canes in rows allowing a distance of 60cm (24”) between plants. Firm in and water well. Canes should be pruned to 30cm (12”) immediately following planting to encourage more shoots to be produced. Autumn fruiting varieties do not require supports for their stems. They can also be grown in large containers of soil based compost such as John Innes no.3.
