‘Snow Maiden’ is a vibrant shrub that flowers from June until September. It creates lengthy flower spikes that soon become smothered in large white blooms, that each feature contrasting yellow centres, amongst grey-green foliage that forms in neat clumps. Ideal for incorporating into cottage, wildlife and cut flower gardening schemes, this perennial adds lots of texture, colour and architectural height to dull outdoor spaces and remains easy to care for all year round. It will grow in height to 120cm and spread to around 45cm. Plant Mullein into well drained, neutral or alkaline soil in full sun. Verbascum will thrive on poor, gravelly soils.
