Viburnum tinus flowers from December to May, it produces clusters of delicate white flowers that pair amongst fresh green foliage and later transform to deep blue, glossy berries. Each bloom emits a fantastic fragrance and is a magnet for pollinating insects. This Viburnum is easy to care for and enjoys dappled shade to grow, it would sit well in a cottage or wildlife garden and would also make a superb showy specimen shrub! Not only will this plant add texture and vibrancy to dull outdoor spaces, it will also extend the flowering season in your garden and add lots of ornamental value. It will grow and spread in height to 3m. Grow Viburnum tinus plants in a sunny or semi shaded position, in any moderately fertile, well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. Evergreen Viburnums should be sheltered from cold, drying winds.
