‘Jane Kluis’ is a stunning Pinus, that is much adored for its long spiky needles, that are shaded in a vibrant lime green. Forming in a compact, yet low spreading habit, this hardy tree would work wonderfully within alpine, coastal and low maintenance gardening schemes, as well as dotting throughout borders for some bold texture. Happy to grow in full sunlight, watch it perform to a height and spread of 200cm. Pinus x densithunbergii ‘Jane Kluis’ is a hybrid conifer from Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii parentage. This naturally dwarf conifer boasts multiple stems at the base and a wide, spreading habit. Grow Pines in any well-drained soil in full sun. Most Pines will tolerate dry conditions and exposed locations once established. Alternatively grow smaller species in large containers, using a good soil-based compost mix.
