‘Chocolate Ruffles’ is a superb Heuchera, that is much loved for its glossy brown foliage. Each rich, textural leaflet develops in a bushy clump and makes a beautiful contrast against its delicate, upright sprays of white flowers from June until August. Perfect for planting in patio pots, cut flower, wildlife and cottage gardening schemes, this stunning perennial ensures colour and architectural form all year round. Happy to grow in semi shade, watch it thrive to a height of 75cm, along with a spread of 50cm. Heuchera ‘Chocolate Ruffles’ has decadent mounds of richly chocolate-coloured foliage and contrasting burgundy undersides for a stunning display. Like all Heuchera, this eye-catching evergreen perennial provides superb year round colour in your garden. Heuchera are especially useful for containers or less than perfect soil, having better drought resistance than more traditional cultivars. Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging.
