Commonly known as Granny’s bonnet, Aquilegia do not disappoint when used as cut flowers – their delicate cheery blooms make the perfect addition indoors.Columbines are very easy to grow and care for, simply plant in a semi shaded spot and watch them thrive! Aquilegia Mckana Hybrids is a cottage garden classic and would sit well in wildlife garden, cottage garden or cut flower garden. Plant bareroots at the earliest opportunity following delivery. Plug plants should be potted on into 9cm pots and grown on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. Grow aquilegias in a sun or part shade in fertile, moist, well drained soil.
