‘Stallone’ is a superb perennial that flowers from May until August. It generates masses of two-toned daisies in shades of pink and white. They sit amongst a nest of fresh green slender leaflets and transform to a deep maroon as the shrub matures. Great for creating attractive ground cover, this versatile Erigeron would sit well in a cottage, coastal, alpine, low maintenance or wildlife gardening scheme. Plant in full sun and watch it progress to a height of 30cm and spread of around 100cm. Grow erigeron plants in a sunny position on fertile, light, well drained soil. Erigeron plants particularly dislike wet soils in winter. On heavy soils improve drainage by adding some grit and plenty of well rotted compost to the soil prior to planting.
