‘Silver Scrolls’ is a gorgeous Heuchera, that is ready to flower from June until September. It boasts masses of frothy pink flowers, that elegantly top a dense, clump forming habit of maroon-black leaflets. Ideal for adding colour into your landscape, be sure to plant in spacious borders, patio pots and use as attractive ground cover. Happy to develop in semi shade, it will progress to a height of 45cm, along with a spread of 30cm. Young leaves emerge as burgundy overlaid with an etching of silvery veins. As the season progresses, the neat clumps of foliage gradually mature to near black in colour, whilst retaining their silver tracery. Heuchera plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to waterlogging. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun or semi shade.
