‘Blue Streak’ is a wonderful new Salix, that is much adored for its rich blue stems and multi branching habit. Cloaked in slender green leaflets, you will witness bundles of small silver catkins from March until May – adding extra garden interest and decorating this hardy tree perfectly. Ideal for incorporating into cottage, low maintenance and woodland gardening schemes, be sure to keep positioned in direct sunlight where it will progress to a height and spread of 5m. Grow Salix in a sunny or partially shaded position, in any well drained soil.
