‘Longfield’s Black Magic’ is a stunning new Daylily, that is ready to bloom from June until October. It generates a profusion of rich, purple-black flowers, that cloak a clump forming habit of strap-like green foliage. Easy to grow, yet bold in appearance, be sure to incorporate into cottage and tropical themed landscapes. Happy to progress in dappled shade, watch it thrive to a height of 90cm, along with a spread of 60cm. Plant bareroot daylilies at the earliest opportunity following delivery in moist, well drained, fertile soil, and situated in full sun. Growing hemerocallis plants in dry soils or shaded conditions may reduce the number of flowers produced.
