‘Santora’ is a wonderful new Leek, that is ready to harvest from November to May. It generates bundles of slender green biennials, that boast a delicious flavour and work well in a range of different culinary dishes. Easy to care for and happy in direct sunlight, be sure to incorporate into kitchen gardens and allotments, where it can progress to a height of 45cm, along with a spread of 30cm. Leek porruum is a very rust resistant, winter hardy variety offering a harvest period of up to six months.
