This wonderful new Deep Water Aquatic is ideal for planting within water gardens and pond edges. It produces a flurry of bright yellow, cup shaped blooms from June until September and boasts bundles of glossy deep green foliage. Much loved for its spreading growing habit, be sure to plant 1m deep and watch it thrive to a height of 100cm, along with a spread of 200cm when kept in direct sunlight. Grow Nuphar fully submerged in the deep water of ponds with the crown to a maximum depth of up to 100cm (39″) below water level. Yellow Waterlily prefers a position in full sun or semi-shade, but will tolerate a deeply shaded position if necessary. Nuphar may be grown in still or flowing water. When grown in fast flowing water, ensure it is anchored well. The leaves may remain under the surface due to the flow.
