This gorgeous new Passionflower, is ready to bloom from July until October. It produces an abundance of large, pearly white flowers, that each boast rich purple filaments. Cloaking a vigorous growing habit of fresh green foliage, you will witness bundles of egg-shaped orange fruits as Autumn approaches. Happy to develop in semi shade and adding ornamental value wherever placed, be sure to incorporate into exotic landscapes and train along unsightly walls or fences. It will remain easy to care for all year round and will progress to a height of 10m, along with a spread of 2m. Plant Passion flower plants into any moist, well drained soil. Choose a sunny position that is protected from cold winds in winter. Prior to planting, add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil. When growing passion flower, be sure to provide the twining stems with an appropriate support such as trellis or wires attached to fences and pergolas.
