Radiant blossoms that seem to glow in the sunlight, as if set ablaze! The Tulip ‘Suncatcher’ boasts vibrant yellow petals edged with striking red, creating a fiery display. Plant them in clusters for bold splashes of colour throughout the spring. These flowers also make spectacular cut blooms, perfect for brightening up any indoor vase. Height: 45cm (18″). Spread: 15cm (6″). Plant tulip bulbs in late summer or autumn. Tulips will grow well in any moist, well drained soil, except for particularly wet soils. Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. When planting tulip bulbs avoid shallow planting as this may reduce the winter cold period that is essential for tulip bulbs to produce flowers in spring. Plant them at a depth of 15cm (6″) and at a distance of 13cm (5″) apart.
