Agapanthus Full Moon
Agapanthus ‘Full Moon’ is not like the average agapanthus and produces an abundance of flower heads that reflect their name! These evergreen hardy perennials are great for adding structure and colour to borders throughout the summer months where they will stand tall and burst with blue and purple floral tones.
Their upright stems and rounded flower heads rise above clumps of strappy, dark green foliage. This is an excellent variety of agapanthus, with pale blue flowers, each marked with a contrasting dark blue stripe. The flower heads are especially large ensuring a magnificent display when in full bloom. Height: 90cm (36″). Spread: 50cm (20″).
Grow Agapanthus plants in rich fertile, well drained soil, in a sunny position. When growing Agapanthus in patio containers use a soil based compost, such as John Innes No.3 .
