‘Excelsior Hybrids’ is a superb new Digitalis mix, that is ready to bloom from May until August. It produces bundles of bell-shaped flowers, in shades of cream, yellow, mauve and pink. Each featuring a striking spotted throat, they make a wonderful contrast against its bushy habit of fresh green foliage. Perfect for planting within cottage, woodland and wildlife gardening schemes, be sure to keep positioned in dappled shade, where it will flourish to a height of 150cm, along with a spread of 45cm. Although foxgloves prefer a fertile, moist soil, they will happily tolerate almost any soil except those that are excessively dry or waterlogged.
