‘Goshiki’ is a superb Osmanthus, that is much adored for its variegated cream and green holly-like leaflets. They develop amongst a slow growing, compact form and contrast beautifully against its small white flowers from July until October. Each bloom emits a delicate jasmine scent, attracting lots of pollinating insects and creating an aromatic atmosphere in your outdoor space. Ideal for growing in woodland and low maintenance gardens, be sure to also use as attractive hedging! Happy to progress in semi shade, watch it thrive to a height and spread of 1.5m. A compact, slow-growing, evergreen shrub with unusual, variegated leaves. Grow Osmanthus in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Plants will tolerate a wide range of soils, from sand to chalk and clay.
