This incredible mix will provide you with vibrant colour, wonderful flower power and fabulous texture all summer long! From July until November, huge showy blooms will appear portraying a dreamy combo of bright red, magenta pink, lemon and coral. Ideal for planting into patio containers, borders and flower beds, position your dramatic collection in partial shade and watch them flourish to a height and spread of 30cm. Tubers are ideal for containers, making a larger plant in the first year than plug plants or growing from seed. From February, start begonia tubers off in well-drained, moist compost in a warm, frost-free position in bright light. When planting begonia tubers, position them just below the compost surface with the indented side facing upwards. When begonia plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before planting them in their final positions. Choose a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds. Tubers are ideal for containers, making a larger plant in the first year than plug plants or growing from seed.
