‘Floristan Violet’ is a fabulous perennial that adds colour, drama and architectural height to any sized garden. From August until September, lengthy, upright spires will appear that are cloaked in fluffy, mauve blooms – they are much loved by pollinating insects and sit well against its slender, fresh green leaflets. Enjoying dry soils to develop, position in full sun and incorporate into cut flower, cottage and wildlife outdoor spaces. It will grow in height to 90cm and can spread to around 45cm. . Plant Liatris in full sun on reliably moist, light, well drained soil.
