Vivid cerise blooms on sturdy stems gives you a fantastic burst of colour in your garden throughout late autumn. Plant Nerine lilies in a sunny position in sandy, free draining soil. Nerine bulbs prefer shallow planting with the pointed tip protruding just above the soil surface. Nerines thrive when clumps become congested making them particularly well suited to growing in containers. When planting Nerines in containers use a loam based compost such as John Innes No.2 and position in full sun.
