This gorgeous perennial is much loved for its dwarf growing habit and deeply lobed, blue-green leaflets. Easy to care for and a great space filler, be sure to incorporate into rockeries, alpine and cottage themed gardens for maximum impact and attractive mound forming foliage. Happy to develop in semi shade, enjoy its flurry of lemon-coloured flowers, that appear from June until October, standing proud upon crimson stems. It will progress in height to 15cm and will spread to around 30cm. An extremely compact species of Lady’s Mantle that is perfectly suited to rockeries and containers. The small blue-green leaves are deeply lobed and sharply toothed at the edges, spreading to form low mounds. Midsummer sees a profusion of red stems, topped with clusters of yellow-green flowers, as they rise from among the foliage. Grow Alchemilla in any reliably moist, rich fertile soil in sun or semi shade.
