‘Rigida’ is a gorgeous Verbena, that is ready to bloom from June until November. It produces a profusion of fragrant, purple flowers, that perch neatly upon lengthy slender deep green stems. Popular for its unique, spiky leaflets, its bushy form works well within borders, as well as incorporating into cottage, scented and wildlife themed gardens. Plant in full sun and watch it reach a great height of 60cm. Dense 5cm (2in) clusters of purple fragrant flowers and dark green leaves. Adds height and interest to bedding displays. Lift tubers in autumn. Height: 30-60cm (1-2ft)
