This oval cocotte is 27 cm wide and has a volume of 3.2 litres and is the perfect size for a small family.
The inside of the cocotte is coated with matte black enamel, which enables heat to be distributed well and when paired with the tight-fitting lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid features a special design which collects condensation and then allows it to drop evenly across the food, as well as a silver knob for lifting the lid.
You can choose from countless recipes for the cocotte or give your improvisation free rein with any fresh ingredients: just fry the meat in a little butter or oil, add vegetables as desired, and add a little wine over it.
