An ideal strawberry for anyone short of space, its climbing habit makes it harder for the slugs to get to before you do and no bending down to pick your crop.
Plant in the soil or container under trellis or pea netting for support.
Height 1.5m (5′). Spread: 30cm (12″).
Plant climbing strawberry plants in well manured, free draining soil in full sun. Alternatively try growing strawberry plants in hanging baskets, window boxes and patio containers. Provide a suitable support to train the long runners onto.
