This fabulous Thai Lime tree is great for adding to a warm conservatory or greenhouse. From April until July, it produces scented, waxy blooms that sit beautifully against its fresh green foliage. Shortly followed by the incredible fruits, each lime measures 4cm in diameter, bears double-shaped leaflets and features fresh green knobbled skin. Its intense flavour and scented foliage is superb for adding to a variety of culinary dishes and works well in a sunny tropical or scented gardening scheme. It will grow in height to 3m and spread to around 250cm. Plant citrus trees in patio containers in a mix of ericaceous compost and neutral, soil based compost such as John Innes No. 3. Repot the plant at its original soil level and firm well into the new container. Water well and position in a frost free position in full sun.
