‘Viridiflora Mix’ is a fabulous Tulip combination, that is ready to flower from April until June. Generating masses of trumpet-shaped blooms in shades of bright pink and red, each petal intricately features a vibrant green central stripe. Happy to develop in semi shade, enjoy your vibrant summer display, reaching a height of 50cm, along with a spread of 15cm. Tulip ‘Viridiflora Mix’ features trumpet-shaped blooms in shades of pink and red with a broad green stripe on each petal. The flowers are complemented by foliage with creamy-yellow margins. Plant tulip bulbs in late summer or autumn. Tulips will grow well in any moist, well drained soil, except for particularly wet soils. Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. When planting tulip bulbs avoid shallow planting as this may reduce the winter cold period that is essential for tulip bulbs to produce flowers in spring. Plant them at a depth of 15cm (6″) and at a distance of 13cm (5″) apart.
