This hardy Privet variety is just what you need to create an attractive privacy screen, add some extra security or incorporate into your outdoor space as a trusty shrub. A small flurry of white flowers will appear in July, whilst contrasting beautifully against its fresh green foliage, that forms oval shaped, elegant leaflets. It would sit well in a cottage, scented, wildlife or low maintenance garden, as well as making excellent hedging and a showy specimen plant. As Autumn approaches lots of glossy black berries will appear, attracting lots of wildlife and adding garden interest. Plant in a partially shaded spot and watch it thrive to a height and spread of 200cm. Ligustrum vulgare Plant – Atrovirens Grow Privet in any well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. Plants will tolerate a wide range of soils, from sand to chalk and clay, and areas of pollution.
