‘Mayla’ is a gorgeous new deep-water aquatic, that is perfect for planting in ponds and water gardens. Boasting double, baby pink flowers from June until October, you can count on this pretty Nymphaea to brighten up small ponds with its vibrant blooms and glossy burgundy pads. Be sure to keep positioned in full sun and watch it grow to a height and spread of 90cm. Grow waterlilies in still water away from splashing fountains. Gently lower containers into the water and position them on temporary supports such as bricks so that they sit just 20cm (8”) below the surface of the water. As the leaves grow to rest on the water surface, the container can be gradually lowered to its final depth below the water.
