This magnificent Bulrush is best suited for large ponds rather than small ones! Typha latifolia ‘Variegata’ is admired for its striking narrow green leaves, edged with bold cream stripes, making it a standout feature. A fast-growing marginal aquatic, it can reach heights of up to 2.4m (94″) and gradually forms expansive colonies. Like other Bulrushes, its distinctive cigar-shaped brown flower heads add winter interest, remaining intact long after the foliage has faded.
