Our ‘Super Scented Collection’ is a wonderful Tulip mix, that is ready to bloom from April until June. Incorporating four fabulous varieties, you can count on this mix to deliver on great texture, beautiful fragrance and popping colour. Great for growing in flower beds, cut flower and cottage themed landscapes, be sure to also add into patio pots for some extra vibrancy. They will thrive in semi shade and develop to a maximum height of 50cm, along with a maximum spread of 20cm. Scented tulips are a rarity, but this collection brings together the finest fragrant varieties in a beautiful array of forms and colours. Plant tulip bulbs in late summer or autumn. Tulips will grow well in any moist, well drained soil, except for particularly wet soils. Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. When planting tulip bulbs avoid shallow planting as this may reduce the winter cold period that is essential for tulip bulbs to produce flowers in spring. Plant them at a depth of 15cm (6″) and at a distance of 13cm (5″) apart.
