Description
The PC platter by 1616 / arita japan is adorned with a lovely multicoloured stripe motif that almost looks like shading in a drawing. The oval platter is ideally used for serving, whether in a festive table setting for a special occasion or to elevate a simple everyday meal.
Named after its designer Pierre Charpin, the PC collection is based on the connection between form and decoration: often the motif or pattern is designed after the dishware, but PC’s shapes and decorations were designed together, simultaneously. This approach has resulted in a tableware collection that manages to look fresh and modern – yet somehow nostalgic at the same time. As a reference to the positioning of the patterns, the collection’s nickname is Outline.
