The FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade is riveted to an ergonomic synthetic handle with no bolster for fatigue-free and safe working. The set includes 1 paring knife (10cm) and 1 Chef’s Knife (20cm).
To keep this knife set in the best shape possible, wash carefully with warm water and a light detergent. Although they’re dishwasher safe, it’s always recommended to handwash where possible to maintain the quality of the knives for longer.
