Create a tower of colour on your patio – and you simply won’t believe how easy it is to do! This is a brand new way of growing Peruvian Lilies we’ve selected the very best, longest-stemmed cut flower varieties which knit together to create a tall column of fabulous colour, and they keep on stretching to the sky, getting taller and more colourful every day. Each bloom is individually stunning and the more you cut, the more you’ll get. You could harvest a bouquet a week and still not deplete your plants! This mix contains ‘Nirvana’ , ‘Allure’ & ‘Energy’. Height: 140cm (71″). Spread: 75cm (30″). Pot up Alstroemeria plants and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. When all risk of frost has passed, plant Peruvian Lilies in a sunny or semi shaded position in fertile, moist, well drained soil. Alternatively, plant Alstroemeria in patio containers in soil based compost such as John Innes No.3. These tall Alstroemeria plants will appreciate a climbing frame or similar support to protect their tall stems. Insert the support into the ground prior to planting and tie the stems in with soft twine throughout the growing season.
