This enchanting perennial brings a touch of cottage garden charm. From summer onward, it produces large, graceful bell-shaped flowers, delicately flushed and speckled with purple-pink, hanging from elegant bronze stems. A clump-forming variety, it’s perfect for the front of borders, where its profusion of bells cascades gently over edges, softening the overall look. Particularly well-suited for shadier spots, such as north or east-facing areas, it thrives in these cooler, dimmer corners of the garden. Like other campanulas, it’s an excellent addition to wildlife gardens, attracting a variety of pollinators. Height: 45cm (18″). Spread: 60cm (24″). A charming cottage garden perennial. Throughout summer, large, slender bells, flushed and speckled with purple-pink, dangle daintily from long, bronze stems. Grow Campanula punctata in any moist, fertile, well drained, non-acidic soil. Campanula will thrive in sun or semi shade.
