The Juniperus Chinensis Stricta is a narrow conifer, which develops to a fantastic specimen tree, ideal for smaller gardens. With very little maintenance required; this upright Chinese Juniper is grown for its narrow, conical habit. The Juniperus Chinensis Stricta has fragranced,grey-green foliage, and its bark begins peeling as it matures.

Plant Junipers in a sunny or lightly shaded position, in any well drained soil; juniper trees tolerate dry, chalky or sandy soils. Incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to improve the soil prior to planting, mixing it thoroughly and deeply.
