‘Sugar Plum’ is a vibrant Carnation that flowers from June until October. It generates bundles of cherry pink, double blooms that each feature a prominent white margin and emit a delicious scent. They are borne upon slender stems and stand neatly in clusters above clumps of blue-grey foliage. Great for growing in patio pots, alpine and scented gardening schemes, this Dianthus also works beautifully when incorporated into cut flower and cottage themed outdoor spaces. Position in full sun and watch it develop in height and spread to around 45cm. Plant Pinks outdoors in well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil that has been enriched with plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost. Choose a position in full sun.
