‘King Arthur’ is a gorgeous Delphinium, that is ready to flower from June until September. It generates an abundance of semi-double rich blue blooms, that smother upright, lengthy green stems, amongst a clump forming habit of fresh green foliage. Modern and clean in appearance, yet high in impact, be sure to incorporate into urban, cut flower and cottage themed landscapes. Happy to develop in full sun, watch it progress in height to 1.7m, along with a spread of 75cm. The stately flowering stems of Delphinium ‘King Arthur’ are bound to make a big impact on any planting scheme. Growing to an impressive height, the strong, upright stems are each topped with a densely-packed spire of vivid deep blue semi-double flowers for that big colour hit. When growing Delphiniums, choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds, on moist, well drained soil. Protect young delphinium plants from slugs and snails.
